We are looking for a legal assistant for our multinational client into their office located in downtown Budapest. Our partner is a multinational law office with a team of welcoming people.

If you have a great expertise in precise administration and excellent communication skills, this may be the perfect opportunity for you!

  •  Typing and formatting documents (Word, Powerpoint etc)
  •  Make dictations from tape, corrections, formatting
  •  Arrange and administrate files (physical and computerized), archiving
  •  Data entry and enquires (Time sheets, commercial register etc.)
  •  Make photocopies, destroy (shread) old documents 
  • General secretary duties
  •  Document research (eletronic and handcopy)
  •  Arrange appointments, contacts, travel management   
  • Travel arrangements and enquiries
  • Handling incoming mail and forwarding
  • Helping out at Reception and other assistants if needed
  • Telephone handling connecting, forwarding calls and messages   Serving client meetings if needed 



Elvárások / Requirements

Requirements:

  • Fluent English knowledge both in written and verbal, native Hungarian is a MUST
  • experience in an administrative position
  • lawyer degree is NOT required
  • Excellent problem solving and communication skills
  • Confidant user of MS Office
  • Precision and detail orientation
  • Team player and proactive attitude
