  • being the first point of contact for key customers
  • handling escalations regarding customer service issues
  • improving customer satisfaction
  • monitoring and analyzing KPIs and SLAs
  • working closely with Customer Experience Professionals & Specialists

Elvárások / Requirements

  • Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Business Economics / STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) / Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • 3 years relevant experience in strategic account management or OtC customer service in a Business to Business environment. Field sales experience is an advantage.
  • Full professional proficiency in English. Another European language (preferably German, French, Italian, or Dutch) is an advantage.
  • Analytical skills
  • Strong collaboration, organizational and change management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively
  • Good communication skills.
