- being the first point of contact for key customers
- handling escalations regarding customer service issues

- monitoring and analyzing KPIs and SLAs
- working closely with Customer Experience Professionals & Specialists
Elvárások / Requirements
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Business Economics / STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) / Business Administration, or equivalent.
- 3 years relevant experience in strategic account management or OtC customer service in a Business to Business environment. Field sales experience is an advantage.
- Full professional proficiency in English. Another European language (preferably German, French, Italian, or Dutch) is an advantage.
- Analytical skills
- Strong collaboration, organizational and change management skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Good communication skills.
