Italian Collection Agent

• Checking credit and debit logs for clients
• Follow up credit related estabilished payments
• Dealing with customers regarding to their due payments and invoice
• Correcting log system regarding to the incomes
• Bank account data extraction, submission of cash application data
• Customer protfolio assignement to 3rd parties while meeting collection policies

Elvárások / Requirements

• Completed or on-going higher education degree
• Fluent English (both in written and oral)
• Fluent Italian language (both in wirtten and oral)
• Customer orientated and can-do attitude
• Communication skills, ability to communicate with customers, suppliers and other functions is a must
• Financial knowledge, basic knowledge of Financial concepts is a must
• You have a minimum one year multinational enviorment experience

It is an advantege if:

• SSC experience
• Payment or finance studies or experience
