IT Service Desk and Application Supervisor

  • Delivery and management of high-quality applications/solutions including business analysis, implementation, testing, documentation, operation control and technical support of development and system integration.
  • Co-ordinate the work of the Service Desk team (currently 3 member)
  • IT Service Desk management planning and delivery
    • Perform regular review of the IT Service Desk services organising regular IT Service review meetings with both our customers and service providers
    • Manage IT Service Desk vendor(s) regarding supplies and requirements
    • Preparation, maintenance, review and update process of the IT Service Desk related contracts
  • Application related life-cycle management
    • Manage the production and test environment in strict cooperation with various vendors and support teams both on local and international level
    • Co-ordinate all functions needed to develop, deploy, maintain, run and upgrade this application including change
    • Test the applications and systems from a business and technical perspective, also develop the business test scenarios/test cases
    • Execute ITIL processes on application level

Elvárások / Requirements

  • College or University degree in informatics
  • At least 3 -5 years of IT management experience
  • Thorough knowledge of data processing, telecommunications and computer operations
  • ITIL management knowledge
  • Strong communication skills written and spoken English needs to be convincing
  • People management skills, ability to motivate
  • Delegation and coaching skills
  • Time management, priority setting, ability to keep deadlines, discipline
  • Accurate, focused and proactive working attitude, all according to standards
  • Cooperative attitude
