is looking for an

International Retail Lending Senior Expert

What you can expect:

• Budapest-based working place with frequent business trips across CEE after the panademic
• English as a working language
• Contribute to Loan Origination project (together with the subsidiary’s and IT vendor)
  
  • Build up a golden copy of business process (unsecured and secured retail lending as well)
  • Define automatic decision logic and manual underwriting process
  • Deliver Business Requirement Documents
  • Validate implementation specifications
  • Define test cases, execute UAT
  • Provide analysis about the new processes/business results from cost efficiency/NVP pool creation point of view
  • Deliver documentation, organize trainings

What you bring to the table:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in either Finance or Economics
• Strong and efficient learning ability
• Must be a self-directed with a strong focus on achieving results and a team player also
• Strong spoken and written English
• Solid analytical skills, structured thinking
• Proactive attitude, ability to coordinate projects and multiple stakeholders
• Flexibility to travel
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Keen on working in an international environment

Give advantage:

• At least 3 years of relevant experience at a consulting company, or at a commercial bank in the field of Retail Lending
• Croatian/Bulgarian/Serbian/Romanian language knowledge
