The HR Services department offers HR solutions to their colleagues. The HRS team provides advisory support on global HR systems and processes.
Your task will include the following duties:
-provide full-scale employee experience
-offer HR expertise
-acting as the first point of contact for employees
-handling a wide range of policy and process issues
-ensure good employee relations, anticipate customers' future needs, and proactively develop solutions
-supporting Global HR Centers of Excellence with feedback
-maintain all employee data on appropriate systems
-actively participating in the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives
Elvárások / Requirements
Offer end-to-end accountability
Demonstrating problem-solving skills and agile mindset in ambiguous situations
Having a growth mindset (including taking risks and experimenting, seeking new learning opportunities, asking and giving feedback)
Multi-cultural acceptance, ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
Ability to navigate complex HR data structure
1-3 year of experience in HR Operations area is must
Knowledge of Workday and related HR Processes (advantage)
Fluent in written and spoken English and German
