Our client is a well-know multinational company. We are looking for GERMAN SPEAKING HR Business partner colleagues to join their team in Budapest and support leaders and managers regionally in HR topics.

Partner with managers regionally and provide with a coaching style, ad-hoc and on-demand support and guidance in HR topics like:

succession planning and talent management, planning career paths

performance management, goal setting and development planning

reward & compensation management

organizational set-up changes and transformations

resolution of conflicts, relocations, (difficult) feedback giving processes

diagnose, evaluate and propose fit-for-purpose solutions in HR topics

gather and analyze data and share insights with leaders and recommend innovative approaches

participate in global meetings, HR projects and process improvements

Elvárások / Requirements

university/college degree is preferred

3-7+ years of experience in a similar role (eg. HR Business Partner, HR generalist, HR manager or other complex HR position like HR SSC advisor, etc.)

excellent written and spoken language skills in ENGLISH + GERMAN

excellent communication and coaching skills, experience in managing stakeholders

end-to-end accountability, problem-solving skills and ability to be a trusted advisor to all levels of management
