Tasks / Feladatok
- Management of the development project portfolio of the operation unit (in terms of hardware and software)
- Representation of the operation unit in the competence center
- Resource and budget planning at portfolio level, project monitoring and reporting
- Responsible for implementing the entire project portfolio in compliance with internal regulations and processes, within defined goals, timing and budgets
- Setting project goals and milestones and approval of the project plan
- Monitor project schedule, quality assurance, and costs
- Project tracking, risk management
- Professional and disciplinary management and professional development of project leaders
- Customer communication and contact in case of escalations
Requirements / Elvárások
- BSc/MSc degree in engineering
- At least 10 years of professional experience
- At least 5 years of project and people management experience in automotive developments
- Proven leadership and management skills in large-scale projects
- Negotiation level knowledge of English
- Advanced communication and networking skills
- Structured thinking, process orientation
- Problem-solving, goal-oriented attitude
- Team-oriented approach
- Willingness to travel
