German speaking Service Request Specialist
- Managing daily work of requests and orders
- Working together with internal teams to fulfill customer requirements
- Providing regular updates to the customer via email and phone
- Looking for new ways how to serve customers the best
- Maintaining active communication with suppliers
- Active and proactive problem solving, identifying gaps and risks in the processes
Elvárások / Requirements
- English on a fluent level
- German on a fluent level
- Minimum user-level knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (especially Microsoft Excel)
- Experience in process improvements is an advantage
- Experience in project management is an advantage
