Responsibilities:
- Provide support in complex order management issues
- Constantly administrate the orders
- Be responsible for the total order life cycles
- Build up and maintain a good relationship with the clients and suppliers
- Support pricing activities and supervise outgoing invoices
- Tracking, maintaining and documenting general customer conditions
Requirements:
- Speak German and English fluently
- Bachelor’s degree is an advantage
- Minimum 2 years experience in Order Management or similar customer service field at a multinational company
- Have excellent communication skills and client oriented mindset
