German Speaking Customer Service Representative

  • Providing IT related technical support on the 2nd level
  • Acceptance and qualification of incoming tasks (via ticket tools, phone and e-mails)
  • Processing of incoming tickets, ticket status monitoring
  • Escalating problems to other levels
  • Technical support for 1st level resources
  • Ensuring telephone availability for internal and external customers within the agreed service times

Elvárások / Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English (spoken and written)
  • Experience with Customer Service, confidence in communication with internal and external customers
  • Good understanding of IT support, IT Service Management Tools and SAP
  • Working knowledge of Windows 7/10, MS Office
  • Good interpersonal, literacy and numeracy skills
