
German Speaking Customer Service Representative
- Providing IT related technical support on the 2nd level
- Acceptance and qualification of incoming tasks (via ticket tools, phone and e-mails)
- Processing of incoming tickets, ticket status monitoring
- Escalating problems to other levels
- Technical support for 1st level resources
- Ensuring telephone availability for internal and external customers within the agreed service times
Elvárások / Requirements
- Fluency in German and English (spoken and written)
- Experience with Customer Service, confidence in communication with internal and external customers
- Good understanding of IT support, IT Service Management Tools and SAP
- Working knowledge of Windows 7/10, MS Office
- Good interpersonal, literacy and numeracy skills
