HR Specialist position with German language knowledge is open at our multinational partner, who is operating in the pharmaceutical sector and has a prestigious Shared Service Center in Budapest downtown.
Your new role
As an HR Specialist you will be responsible for accurately manage the employee data in the ERP system and make sure that all the data are accurate and in line with the given SLAs.
Your daily task will include customer service and advisory support to HR and business partners on global HR systems and processes, ensuring end-to-end process completion in line with our customer-focused principles. You will prepare and change employee documents (e.g. contracts) and run ad hoc HR related reports.
What you'll need to succeed
If you have a college or university degree, 0,5-4 years of experience in any kind of customer service position or HR and you speak German and English fluently, you are the right candidate for the role. Reliability, strong attention to details and precise work habit are also desirable.
