French-speaking Catalogue Specialist

Our multinational partner, who has a Shared Service Centre in Budapest, is looking for a
French-Speaking Catalogue Specialist. Join this new project if you would like to challenge yourself in an exciting environment.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Update customer catalogue pricing for IT products.
  • Source new products and manage supplier relationships.
  • Ensure global pricing and escalate issues.
  • Create and improve inventory reports.
  • Support forecasting and notify customers of stock shortages.
  • Obtain local pricing and reporting from suppliers.
  • Communicate with Sales Order Management.
  • Assist in new customer acquisitions and transitions.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 1-3+ years of relevant experience, IT hardware knowledge preferred.
  • Strong commercial acumen.
  • Fluent in English and French.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in customer relationship management.
  • Proficient in Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, and Access. SAP knowledge is a plus.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
  • Team player with initiative.
  • Experience in developing best practices.
  • Willingness to self-learn and solve challenges.
  • Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines.
