French-speaking Buyer

A French-speaking Buyer role is open at our client who is prestigious multinational company, operating in Budapest.
Main Responsibilities

  • Overseeing purchase orders from initial request through final fulfillment
  • Verifying submitted requisitions to ensure completeness and data accuracy
  • Handling purchase order discrepancies, corrections, and clarification requests
  • Coordinating the release of purchase orders to suppliers in a timely manner
  • Following up on orders to maintain delivery timelines and identifying suitable substitute products when needed
  • Acting as a key point of contact for suppliers, managing operational issues, and escalating complex cases to the Purchasing Manager

Requirements

  • 0.5-3 years of experience in a customer focused environment position
  • Fluency in English and French
  • MS office skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
