Deliver process training as ordered by the Team Lead / Operations Manager
Preparation of learning path (including training material)
Support the onboarding process: access and equipment management, job shadowing
Prepare statistics and reports as requested by the Team Lead/Operations Manager
Contribute to cross departmental initiatives
Coordinate with Support and Project teams on process change & improvement
Participate in knowledge transfers and user acceptance test sessions
Maintain process documentation
Act as a first level contact in case of system/process issue for their peers
Elvárások / Requirements
University degree - preferably in Finance/Accounting
At least 3 years of experience in accounting (preferably in the field of GL or AR)
Excellent communication and analytical skills
Fluency in English
Proactive personality
