Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative

Our partner company is looking for you to a customer support position, where you could use your Dutch and English knowledge on a daily basis and you can start to build your career.

Responsibilities:

  • Interact with clients in Dutch language via e-mail and phone in a professional, friendly and efficient manner
  • Provide accurate information to both business customers and support teams
  • Work closely together with other departments (Sales, Finance, Procurement, etc.)
  • Continuous follow up on open cases in order to provide smooth processes and resolutions
  • Develop and maintain excellent client relationship
  • Ensure data is accurately entered and maintained in all databases

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Dutch and at least intermediate knowledge in English language
  • Nice to have: experience in customer-facing positions
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Ability to learn and high level of flexibility
  • Strong time management skills
  • Fresh graduates are welcome!
