We are looking for an experienced DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION OFFICER to join our partner's fast-growing team.
The company is one of the market leaders within the pharmaceutical sector, based in Budapest. The new collegues will be responsible for creating fair company policies, implementing and maintaining diverse and inclusive mindset.
Design company policies that reinforce diversity in the workplace, address all kinds of harassment and make sure minority groups are included
Train hiring managers and HR staff on how to select, manage, evaluate and retain diverse employees Revise and update all communication online, job descriptions and internal documents to ensure using non-discriminatory language
Review the selection criteria to verify they are objective and strictly job-related
Recommend benefits that are matching the interest of all employees
Measure and forecast diversity metrics
Act as a consultant to underrepresented groups and make sure all voices are heard
Act as an advisor to all Managers in the Diversity and Inclusion topics
Organize trainings to support employees’ communication abilities, a Diversity and Inclusion mindset and team spirit
Represent the company at various events (like job fairs) in close connection with HR and the Business Partners
Ensure compliance with European or country regulations on diversity and equity
Be the Communication Specialist regarding Diversity and Inclusion in Hungary and partner with the company's premises abroad
Elvárások / Requirements
Work experience in similar role for at least 3 years
University/ College degree
Strong Business Sense and willing to drive changes
Hands-on experience designing company policies like anti-discrimination and equal employer opportunity
Excellent communication skills in Hungarian and English
Very strong Cultural Sensitivity, preferably experience in International surroundings
Flexible, creative, assertive and cheerful personality
