We are looking for determined candidates to join our Help Desk Team. Our company advises organisations on IT strategy to implement the most appropriate technology, optimise its performance, and manage our customers’ infrastructures. In doing this we help IT departments in enterprise and corporate organisations maximise productivity and the business value of IT for internal and external users. 

This will be your job:

  • Answer contacts promptly and professionally 
  • Provides customer assistance with routine inquiries and problems related to flights and flight tickets
  • Manage end to end all calls logged, providing regular updates to customers on call status 
  • May involve use of problem management database and help desk systems 
  • Provide support to multiple desk

  • Fluent in Czech
  • Strong knowledge of English language is a must 
  • User-level IT skills
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills 
  • Customer orientated
  • Open personality
