About Nu Skin
Nu Skin is an American direct sales company with approximately 6000 employees in 53 countries worldwide. Since 1984, the company has marketed more than 200 first class skincare and nutritional supplements products. The office is situated in Budapest at a very accessible central location on the Buda side. Here you will join a team of 60 dedicated co-workers.
Your primary task is to answer our customers and distributors by phone and email. Since we offer globally renowned skincare products, naturally we want to provide the best possible service as well. In most cases, you can handle the issues yourself, but when you need assistance, you always have your colleagues by your side and a global team of product experts only a phone call away.
Your tasks include:
· Answering product, website and order related inquiries
· Documentation of incoming inquiries as we want to improve continuously
· Administrative tasks and ad hoc requests
Must Have Requirements
- You have good IT skills (CRM softwares, Office applications)
- A first experience with customer service is a plus
- You have close to native, excellent Spanish language knowledge
- You have a communication level English knowledge
- Preferably you have an interest in body care products
