A leading provider of innovative solutions in the fields of polylofins, base chemicals and fertilizers. With headquarters in Vienna, Austria, our partner currently employs around 6,200 and operates in over 120 countries

  • manage customer expectations through various contact channels
  • enter orders to SAP system, create necessary documents for shipment
  • maintain good working relationships with customers through written and verbal communication
  • manage day-to-day performance and process improvement with the carriers
  • handle various customer logistics inquiries & complaints mostly in the customer care system
  • create and send invoices to customers, follow and collect the experied ones
  • own an A-Z process

Elvárások / Requirements

  • Business/Commerce degree
  • at least 2 years of relevant commercial, logistics or customer service experience
  • close to native level of French knowledge + English , but any other European language knowledge is highly welcome!
  • customer oriented, trustworthy and motivated attitude
  • strong SAP knowledge appreciated
  • excellent communication skills
