Customer Interface Account Specialist

  • Interact and communicate with Customers (situated in Bulgaria)
  • Manage internal communication with other departments (Commercial team, Customer Operations Team, etc.)
  • Ensuring Customer satisfaction, build up a close relationship with the Customers
  • Proactive information/support to Customers about OTC process
  • Handling of Customer questions
  • Administrative tasks (in SAP and Salesforce system)

Elvárások / Requirements

  • Bachelors' Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field
  • Min. 1-3 years of relevant customer service or client experience
  • Fluent English and Bulgarian
  • Strong analytical, planning and decision-making skills
  • Results oriented, proactive, problem solver, able to manage priorities
  • User level of Ms Office, SAP and Salesforce system
