Adecco, the leader HR service company of the world is looking for employees to an innovative, global partner company who deal with sale of fuel and service cards to their partners and customers.

Activities: 

  • To respond directly to customers’ needs on the phone and email.
  • To respond on request of Fields Sales Executive on the phone and email.
  • To process the requests respecting the quality and timely manner.
  • To support offer composition and communicate with the HQ regarding financial and commercial conditions
  • To help Finance dep to recover the debts
  • To handle claims from customers
  • To make report for the management
  • To respond questions related VAT and EDM

Expectations:

  • Experience in telesales or customer support.
  • Higher education  - of financial specialization is advantage
  • Fluent English written and oral
  • Excellent MS Excel knowledge
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Customer oriented, motivated.
