We are announcing an immediate opening for the following position located in Debrecen:

Conferencing Event Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • Owning, driving, communicating, updating and proactively representing our partner in all domains of activities
  • Helping the users with the establishment of Conferencing service connection and guide them on how to use the service via the usual business communication channels such as e-mails and phone calls
  • Responsible for delivering customer service as defined by our partner Conferencing customers
  • Handling customer queries via phone and e-mail system
  • Providing 1st line support for internal and external customers
  • Proactive software based monitoring alarm response
  • Provide process improvement input wherever possible

Requirements & Skills

  • Ability to meet the customers’ needs in line with the business requirements
  • Working with a cooperative and positive attitude in a group settings to achieve common goals
  • The ability to convey information to someone effectively and efficiently while creating a good first impression and engaging the audience
  • Taking the responsibility and takes care of the consequences of making a decision
  • Good troubleshooting skill (able to define problems and offer valid resolution)
  • Demonstrated willingness and aptitude to learn new technologies and participate in our partners Conferencing training issues
  • Ability to interface with Executive Leadership and Technical Staff
  • Working knowledge of PC's and a Windows based system
  • English on a fluent level
