COMMERCIAL AND CUSTOMER SERVICE

We are looking for an Italian company in the plumbing and heating sector, components and spare parts, to deal with the Hungarian market remotely.

The ideal profile has gained a few years of commercial experience and is therefore able to manage a remote sales office autonomously and consciously.

Is required:

  • High school diploma
  • Hungarian mother tongue
  • Knowledge of Italian level B2
  • Other languages ​​are a Plus
  • Knowledge of the main IT systems
  • Organizational capacity and sense of responsibility
  • I work remotely, from home, possibly in the Budapest area
  • Duration of the contract: 12 months for trial period
  • Employment contract: full time, fixed term for the trial period
  • Salary: to be determined

Tasks:

  • Relationship management with potential and existing customers
  • Management of contact and customer data
  • Order entry and management
  • Handling complaints
  • Customer satisfaction
  • Check payment deadlines and management of unpaid correspondence

Start date: 01.06.2021
