Client Support Associate

  • Build up a good relationship and cooperate with an international portfolio of clients
  • Make sure that client needs and expectations are met
  • Support end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring that all processes are followed and all deadlines are met
  • Understand client-specific processes, suggest improvement points where necessary
  • Preparing reports, matching payroll data, support audit activities
  • Follow up on payroll changes and communicate it both to the clients and global payroll providers
  • Cooperate with other team members and departments


  • University or College degree
  • Fluency in English is a must! – both in written and verbal communication
  • At least 2 years’ experience in customer or other service environment (payroll experience means advantage)
  • Customer oriented mindset
  • Excellent analytical and time management skills
  • MS Office knowledge
