Our client European Institute Of Innovation and Technology (EIT) looks for a new colleague
as
Archivist
for 12 months
Salary: from 620.000 HUF gross
Tasks:
-
Support EIT DMO and DPO to manage data and records in accordance with the EIT`s document management policy and procedures and to implement document management plan.

Assist in the organization, description and preservation of the Institute`s archive collection (both paper and digital format)

Support the archiving coordinator in the evaluation of documents for preservation and retention (i.e. identification of content, administrative retention periods and follow-up actions)

Support the archiving coordinator in assisting the DMO to prepare the official records (paper and electronic) for transfer to the Historical Archives or for elimination
-
Draw up the relevant checklists, reports and notes related to the archiving procedures applicable to the retention and destruction of records

Support the update and maintain the electronic archival database

Support the archiving coordinator in providing advice to the DPO on compliance with the applicable Data Protection requirements for a large amount of document collection

Support the Document Management Officer and archiving coordinator, as well as Unit Focal Points responsible for archiving and document management
Professional experience:
-
Professional experience in document management administration of at least 1 year (at least 2 years in the case of secondary education); covering the field of records management, in particular electronic and document archival processes and techniques.

Strong Computer literacy, including a very good solid knowledge of MS Office (Excel in particular) and web applications.
Qualifications:

A post-secondary education attested by a diploma, or
-
A secondary education attested by a diploma giving access to post-secondary education and appropriate professional experience of at least one year
Language skills:
-
Excellent/Proficient command of the English language (C1 Level based on the Common Framework of Reference Languages)
IT Skills:
-
Strong Computer literacy, including a very good solid knowledge of MS Office (Excel in particular) and web applications.
