Support Integration Management process and Service Level Agreements

Review application package quality and process adherence for desktop and Citrix related applications

Meet with application owners to review new product configuration needs and requirements for desktop and Citrix related application

Create and maintain documentation related to the Integration Management process

Identify integration management process improvements

Elvárások / Requirements

2 years experience of application support and technical troubleshooting of issues

Experience with App-V, Citrix XenApp is an advantage

Must be able to manage priorities and workload appropriately

Ability to gather both technical and business requirements

Ability to work across teams in high stress situations

Fluency in English
