Accounts Payable Team Lead

  • Ensure smooth operation of AP processes during both BAU and migration phases
  • Drive standardization, best practices, and efficiency improvement initiatives
  • Lead and develop the team (staffing, onboarding, training, performance management, coaching)
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, handle escalations, and act on feedback
  • Plan workload, ensure KPI and SLA targets are met, and maintain high-quality service delivery
  • Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with policies
  • Lead strategic projects and promote a proactive, solution-oriented mindset

Elvárások / Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant finance experience
  • At least 3 years in an international SSC environment
  • Proven leadership experience and strong stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and advanced MS Office skills
  • Fluent English
  • Collaborative, team-oriented mindset
