Senior Payroll Specialist

Your role will be:

  • Main task is to coordinate the execution of the monthly payroll activity and off-cycle payments for the site (payroll and benefits are outsourced to an external partner)
  • Employee payroll related query resolution (email, phone, face-to-face) in cooperation with our EMEA HR Shared Services Center 
  • Advice and guidance to managers on complex employee relation, payroll issues
  • New joiner administration, employee off-boarding administration in cooperation with EMEA HR SSC
  • Preparing payroll data for the payroll partner (admin of time and attendance, sick leave, personnel data and contract changes, home travel administration, etc.)
  • T&A administration
  • Home travel process coordination
  • Fringe benefit (Cafeteria) process execution
  • Administrating of maternity leave cases
  • Liaising with Relocation partner
  • Reporting tasks

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years relevant work experience in Hungarian payroll process
  • Solid knowledge of Labour Code, Hungarian social security and taxation rules
  • Good command of English and Hungarian (written and spoken)
  • Strong user knowledge of MS-Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)
  • Can adapt to a fast-paced environment, learn quickly
  • Ability to keep deadlines, to be accurate with details
  • Team player and "can do" attitude
  • Knowledge of Workday, Nexon4 and Nexonbér is an advantage but not a must
