A full-time Dutch/Italian speaking Source to Pay Analyst position is open at our multinational partner company, that is operating its multilingual support centre in Budapest.

Your new role 

• handling daily volume/target of transactions
• resolving customer queries via e-mail or phone
• statement reconciliations
• communicating issues among internal and external stakeholders, building up constructive relationships with offshore teams
• identify and recommend process to the continuous improvement opportunities
• processing, receiving and validating requests
• maintenance of master data

What you'll need to succeed 

• fluent Italian/Dutch knowledge
• at least 6 months experience in AP/logistics field
• understanding of end to end process cycle
