Customer Technical Support Specialist
Customer Technical Support Specialist position is open at our multinational partner in Hungary. The new colleague will be responsible for ensuring the specialized support on products and solutions sold in the Blood Safety customer segment in 8 countries.

Job Responsibilities for the Customer Technical Support Specialist are:
  • Provide internal and external customers with first class technical support. 
  • Using telephone, e-mail, remote control and other available tools to support and troubleshoot product technical, software and application issues to ensure fast and efficient problem capture and resolution.
  • Liaise with instrument service, customer service and sales
  • Log each customer contact/interaction in a database
  • Record all data in accordance with SOP, ensuring highest standards of data keeping in line with published best practices, and in accordance with the guideline for Medical Devices
  • Active communication with the Sales and interaction with Instrument Service
  • Analyzing customers’ technical or organizational difficulties. Elaborating and presenting solutions. In the pre-sales phase, recommends technical solutions, including answering the customers’ questions about the use of the systems by remote access.
  • Help customers adopting the solution by helping them in the set up (reagents, instruments, LIMS connection…) 
  • feeds CRM and Solutions Architect with feedback regarding application, hardware, and software features requested by customers

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities of the Customer Technical Support Specialist are:
  • High level of scientific understanding of Blood Safety Solutions product range, such as Immuno-Hematology, Serology,… coupled with business acumen. 
  • Ability to identify customer needs and elaborate relevant technical solutions based on the portfolio, present them to sales team and customers and demonstrate benefits 
  • Excellent interaction skills with colleagues and customers, strong ability for teamwork, eager to learn continuously and to share knowledge, good listener
  • Strong english knowledge is a must

Education of the Customer Technical Support Specialist:
  • University Scientific degree (bachelor +)

Experience of the Customer Technical Support Specialist:
  • 2 or more years of experience in scientific field (laboratory), ideally associated with sales oriented objectives
