Customer Service Representative
• Cooperation with customer to ensure effective communication.
• Monitoring and recording customer orders, loading and maintaining customer demands in the ERP the system
• Preparing deliveries, administration in the Oracle system.
• Monitoring the payments of the accounts, collection of payment.
• Handling customer complaints (administration and feedback).
• Making reports and helping the work of the Program Manager.
• Taking part in Internal / External Audits.
• Cooperation with partner departments.
Desired Skills & Experience
• Relevant degree
• At least 2 years related experience
• Extensive customer management and communication experience
• Good problem solving and organizing skills
• Analytical thinking
• Self motivating personality
• Active business English knowledge
