Customer Service Representative
- Cooperation with customer to ensure effective communication.
- Monitoring and recording customer orders, loading and maintaining customer demands in the ERP the system
- Preparing deliveries, administration in the Oracle system.
- Monitoring the payments of the accounts, collection of payment.
- Handling customer complaints (administration and feedback).
- Making reports and helping the work of the Program Manager.
- Taking part in Internal / External Audits.
- Cooperation with partner departments.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Bachelor Degree in Economy
- At least 2 years experience in relevant position
- Extensive customer management and communication experience
- Good problem solving and organizing skills
- Analytical thinking
- Self motivating personality
- Active business English knowledge
