Role summary
To provide excellent customer service as the first point of contact whilst ensuring on time delivery to agreed schedules in line with customer requirements.
To act as the principal interface between the Customer (Airbus) and Labinal Power Systems, by responding to customer requests in a proactive, professional manner, championing Customer Satisfaction and representing the value of the Labinal Power brand.
Manage the Order-to-Cash process for OE from RFQ through to invoice payment
• Act as SP Point of Contact for Airbus products
•Monitor Customer portal activity and proactively follow-up CSAT issue
• Manage cash collection of overdue invoice payments
• Generate Customer shipping documents in line with defined metrics
• Ensure Export Control and compliance for each order
• React to AoG requests and ensure fulfilment
• Answer Customer Order-to-Cash queries in line with defined metrics
• Manage cash collection of overdue invoice payments
• Dialogue with Customers on NHR, warranty and invoicing disputes
• Proactively identify and resolve CSAT issues on quotes, orders, returns and repairs
• Maintain Customer data and customer intelligence in GSC databases
• Generate Customer reports i.a.w. defined procedures
• Refer complex queries to other Resolver Groups for resolution, updating status to Customer i.a.w. defined procedures

Candidate skills & requirements• Customer focused.
• Key experience, ideally in a manufacturing organisation in either :
• A customer focused environment.
• Order processing arena.
• Experience in contract terms and conditions.
• Demonstrated high level of ability and aptitude.
• Practical knowledge of a computer based order management system.
• Good PC skills; using Internet based tools, Word and Excel.
• Demonstrated problem solving skills.
• Methodical work approach with high attention to detail.
• Focused and a positive work ethic.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility in responding to varying customer and business demands.
• Ability to work with the minimum of supervision within the order management team.
• Motivated self starter.
