-Receiving, examining and processing any complaint made by an end consumer about products or services,
-Preparing Payment Request Forms for ex-gratia payments to the end consumer;
-Informing all parties of the results via phone and / or letter in a timely manner;
-Ensuring that all queries that cannot be resolved by Customer Care are routed to the appropriate internal or external parties for resolution (i.e. insurance companies);
- Keeping the customer informed of the progress of a query that cannot be resolved immediately;
-Providing the main interface between the end consumer, the Retailer and the Territory Manager;
-Completing the Monthly Reporting Statistics (KPIs) for all complaints received.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in any subject
- High level of fluency in English AND the language of the country supported (French/ Italian/ German/ Dutch/ Norwegian)
-Customer Service Orientation - Excellent Communication Skills
- Good organizing skills
- Ability to prioritize workload
