Description of position:
The Country Manager will lead multiple projects from inception to their successful delivery.

The individual will deliver handle all aspects of line and project management, business development, planning and control of the development projects.

· Working with Customers on their requirements and progressing these through product development process from initial proposal to final signoff of product

· Ensure that Quality Management procedures are followed by the Development teams and act as an Internal Auditor for processes directly managed by the COO

· Work with the Directors and experienced Technical Design staff on proposals

· Work with Customers' to plan products into timelines that are agreed with the customer

· Overall line manage all the Budapest office staff ensuring good utilisation

· Ensure that all planned tasks and new issues raised by Customers are assigned and resolved satisfactorily

· Facilitate staff development by 'on the job' coaching and training if required

· Administrative duties:

• Liaise with the Hungarian accountants and lawyers where needed

• Manages the link between the business and the bookkeeper

• Maintains personal files for all employees and manages employees administrative issues including holidays.

• Coordinates payroll with external payroll service provider.

Requirements, skills:
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology

• Experience in people management (at least 10-15 member)

• Experience in line management (at least 3 years)

• Software product development background

• Experience in the field of IT services

• Project management experience of EU cross IT development projects

• Able to define, deliver and support strategic plans for implementing information technologies

• Ability to progress multiple projects, constantly juggling priorities

• Solution driven personality

• Business acumen

• Budget management skills

• Fluent in English both spoken and written

Known languages:
Fluent in English both spoken and written, Hungarian (at least intermediate)
