The GMC is the independent regulator for doctors in the UK. Our role is to protect, promote and maintain the health and safety of the public by making sure that doctors meet our standards for good medical practice. We are looking for Contact Centre Advisers to provide exceptional service both to the public and doctors who practise medicine.
The diverse nature of our work and responsibilities mean you'll play an integral role in making sure we operate effectively. You will have the ability to switch between answering calls, emails and letters quickly and frequently, as well as speaking to a variety of employers and members of the public on a wide range of issues.
Your focus will be entirely on quality, giving your customers the best experience you can.
