Complaint Coordinator (French)
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a well-established international company. Our multinational partner is looking for a Complaint Coordinator with fluent English and French knowledge.
- Managing all service escalations and complaints reported by the Sales department, for example related to products, performance, quality of products etc.
- Keeping direct contact with dealers, distributors and service partners, and keeping them informed about delays and status updates of their escalation/ complaint
- Developing and implementing creative solutions for customers
- Updating knowledge database and document all cases on the system
- Establishing and keeping good relationships with dealers, distributors, internal departments etc.
- Providing written official statement on the complaints with the route cause analysis to customers when requested
- Fluency in English AND French is a must!
- 2 years’ relevant experience in Front Office position
- Experience with complaint and escalation management
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Friendly and customer-oriented attitude
