Pozíció leírása:Support and implement a long term profitable sales and Go To Market strategy in alignment with the overall sales strategy and Go to Market for the company New Technology in Biologicals (excl. DE&AT)
Manage distribution partners (existing / new), evaluate them regularly and propose corrective actions
Further development of existing customer relationships
Approach new customers based on Market Development plans (distributors, wholesalers, cooperatives, large farmholdings as well as Industry players in the fertilizer and plant protection industry)
Establish contracts based on price guidance of Product Marketing
Be single contact point for all customer requests incl. first contact for claim management. Follow the internal claim procedure and support Quality Management as well as Technical Support in resolving any claims until they are officially closed.
Manage and follow up order process
Participate and contribute actively to the bi-monthly team and other alignment meetings.
Support the registration strategy and activities (only on request)
Implement and communicate all Marketing activities defined for the area of responsibility including the participation in relevant fairs and exhibitions as a representative of Kwizda New Technology.
Support label creation in collaboration with internal regulatory, PM and local consultants.
Co-lead of premarketing activities with Portfolio Management and Technical Support
Co-develop marketing campaigns with PM, Technical Marketing, Marketing Communications and countries
Support of market and competitor intelligence (about competitive moves, new developments and new arising customer needs and trends in the market, which can be translated into new business opportunities)
Responsible for full and proper planning before the season in alignment with BU NT Mgmt
Provide monthly forecast (SKU) to ensure proper set up and management of supply chain
Ensure quarterly updated financial forecast for Biologicals with focus on improving accuracy
Provide regular reporting about results / KPI to BU Manager
Develop first budget view bottom up based on budget guidance of BU manager / PM
Responsible for achieving the defined targets of projects with customers and hence the dependent profit targets of these projects in the Sales Budget
Regular reporting about results and KPIs to the Sales Manager and/or Business Unit Manager
Regular, smooth and timely communication
Követelmények:Minimum of 5-10 years sales experience in ag input for field crops
Strong knowledge and contacts in CEE market
Worked in distribution or ag industry (biologicals, fertilizer, seeds company)
Proven success with market build up, market and partner attractiveness assessments
Fluent in Hungarian and professional in English ( other CEE languages are advantage )
