Description of position:    To deliver catalogue and contract maintenance processes accurately and on time according the client service level agreements and expectations.

Duties:    General Purpose

The main responsibility of the Catalogue and Contract Administrator is to deliver catalogue and contract maintenance processes accurately and on time according the client service level agreements and expectations.

Main Responsibility Areas

Maintaining catalogues and contracts in the system as per the signed Desktop Procedure

Working close with the client to meet the targets and reach the client satisfaction

Providing ad-hoc and regular reports

Deliver catalogue and contract trainings if and when required

Organize regular calls with the catalogue stake holders

Prioritize the importance of different tasks

Issue solving with relevant team involvement

Intermediation between supplier and client if and when needed

Main Contacts / Clients:

Operation and Helpdesk Team, Client Procurement Organization, Category Managers and Tactical Buyers, Management Team, Team leaders, Suppliers.

Requirements, skills:    Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree

• English: Fluent

• German: Fluent


• Master's Degree

• Experience in Procurement

• Analytic thinking

Known languages:    Fluent English and Fluent German knowledge
