Call Centre Team Leader - Manchester, City, M22 4SY

Salary: £15,000-£17,000 per annum, plus bonuses and 2 pay reviews a year.

The Role
We are looking for a dynamic, experienced, customer service supervisor with the determination, energy and drive to achieve personal and team targets. With a 'hands on' approach the customer service supervisor will cover team motivation, training, call monitoring, employee compliance and managing personnel issues. It is imperative that the customer service supervisor is an excellent people motivator and can inspire the team to perform at the highest levels.

•Assisting the team manager with day to day running of the team
•Call monitoring to raise call standards and develop advisor skills
•Resolving customer escalations by indentifying the problem and providing a solution
•Making sure every one of our customers puts the phone down happy

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 6.00pm.

Skills and Experience Required
•At least 12 month's managerial experience within a call centre or telecoms type role.
•Excellent people management skills
•Self motivated with strong organisational skills
•Excellent customer care skills
•Ability to work in a fast paced environment
•A fun outgoing outlook
