  • Take on responsibility for defining, aligning and implementing efficiency and utilisation indicators and corresponding reporting
  • Automate and streamline processes to minimize reporting effort, direct and manage programme development
  • Suggest creative problem solving beyond the boundaries of existing organizational practices and mind-sets
  • Ensure concise and effective communication across all levels, in particular from regional and global teams to local units, e.g. corporate directives, guidelines, target changes
  • Understand general business situation and business context; derive right conclusions in case of conflicting targets in order to guarantee an overall positive effect for the organization
  • Tracking of the respective indicators as well as the early (in time) identification, analysis  and the review of deviations and risks. Counter measures need to get developed, communicated and tracked
  • Development and/or optimization  of a financial as well as business forecast logic as well as performing the respective  reviews
  • Weekly financial forecast updates with gap analysis and back to green management

  • Ideally a graduate in Business, Master degree is a plus
  • Advanced English language knowledge
  • At least 3 years work experience with finance or project-related functions
  • In depth knowledge about financial an program controlling principle including forecast processes and project result controlling
  • Well-founded MS Office knowledge (especially in Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to conciliate between different groups of stakeholders
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Understanding and fit into multi cultural environments


  • Experience of working in a multinational organization 
  • German language knowledge
  • Knowledge of SQL
