Technojobs Ltd, one of the UK's fastest growing online recruitment advertising businesses is recruiting for a Sales Executive to work with their direct corporate clients.

Basic salary £18,000 - £25,000 DOE plus generous uncapped commission.

If you want to expand on your current sales/account management skills and don't want to work in a purely telesales environment this job could be for you. Initially majority of the role will be telephone based sales as you are training and building your client base but it will grow in to more direct customer contact and account management.

You will be generating new business as well as account managing and building relationships with current clients, upselling and all other aspects of business development.

Your responsibilities:
To gain a high level of understanding of the online recruitment market, trends, competitor sites and new developments in technology.
Developing relationships and building trust with customers
Maintain your portfolio of clients whilst consistently having a focus on new business and business development opportunities
Sourcing leads from a number of online media sources and documenting the sales journey
Performing demonstrations of our products at clients sites and via screenlinks
Exceeding business goals, sales targets and KPI's
Ensure a high level of consultative sales and customer service is always adhered to

What we are looking for:
Excellent consultative telephone sales skills, including objection handling, smart negotiation and closing techniques
Track record of achieving financial targets and KPI's
Computer literate - fully comfortable with entire MS Office suite.
Loyal, self-motivated, confident and determined
