About the job:
In a perspective of high growth for the next 3 years, our young DIREX team is looking for a new talent to join his adventure.
As a Business developer you will be in charge of the German market, where you will have the following, and really important, responsibilities:
-To support and execute the marketing plan established by the central team (based in France).
-To organize and energize our DIREX' Service in Munich
-The Development and deployment of the international suppliers/partnerships for CNH Industrial Parts and Service into our dealer networks. It means for trucks, buses, light commercial vehicles, agricultural and construction activities.
For this purpose, your tasks will be structured in the following way:
1/ Develop partnerships
•Identify new market potentials and search for corresponding new business opportunities. Lead the negotiation process with potential or existing partners
•Monitor and develop existing partners
2/ Support development plan
•Initiate and ensure deployment of international partners in EMEA
•Monitoring sales results and define commercial and marketing action plans
•Accountable to deploy and achieve sales target in liaison with local marketing teams
3/ Ensure internal coordination for partnership deployments
•Support the country demands linked to partner deployment
•Know and follow market initiatives/flagships and EMEA major projects
•Consolidate and share best practices within the EMEA region

Job specification:
We are looking for an ambitious, motivated and autonomous candidate!
•Fluent in English and German (mandatory)
•Bachelor/Master degree with Marketing or International Business Development specialization
•Good presentation and communication skills
•Project management skills
•Sense of negotiation is needed
•Motivated by challenges
•Team spirit
•Not afraid by responsibilities
•Used to interpreting data and driving value adding insights.
•Able to encourage cross functional effectiveness
•Experience in purchasing is a plus
