Your main mission will be to manage the overall strategic direction and execution of product campaigns locally, in link with the country manager and the Europe and Japan Marketing Teams, and to ensure that the brand remains relevant to customers. You will be the main point of contact for the implementation of the marketing strategy and all market research inclusive of print media advertising activities.
In order to achieve this mission, your key responsibilities will focus on:
Overall Marketing Management and Strategy
Creating the seasonal and monthly marketing plans and schedules with Management and Europe Marketing team and implementing them.
Working closely with the Global Marketing department in Tokyo and the Europe Marketing department fulfilling the Germany business needs
Actively and frequently communicating with store to gather feedback and informing about the plans, schedules and activities.
Managing relations with vendors and Marketing and PR partner for all projects aspects
Developing, managing and optimizing marketing budget
Analyzing the effectiveness of the activities and quickly come up with relevant action plans when needed
Elaborating the Media Plan based on business objective and managing its execution in link with agencies
Managing campaign and products advertisement: briefing agencies or vendors, gathering elements (pictures, texts etc) from Tokyo Headquarters and transmitting to them for production of advertisement material.
In store Marketing
Managing the production of in-store marketing products, by communicating direction and briefs to vendors and controlling the delivery schedule
Public Relations and Events
Planning and executing events to generate customer attention to the brand, as well as product launches and brand campaigns
Writing press releases
Serving as a liaison for brand spokespeople and press to orchestrate interviews, appearances, and brand features.
Managing PR agencies, with regard to strategy planning and implementation.

Candidate profile and key skills
We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor degree as a minimum, and at least 5 years experience in Marketing, in Fashion, Consumer Goods or other Retail company. Having previously worked in a store is a plus.
Candidate has.excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize own workload and deliver to tight deadlines; and to process information quickly and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
He/she has developed strong editorial/writing skills, and is comfortable using social media/networks and online channels.
He/she has demonstrated an understanding of and an interest in the retail sector and in fashion Marketing and PR, and excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships at all levels of the business and with key partners.
He/she is a team player that is effective in collaborating with other functions to achieve the Company's goals and objectives. He/she is focused on the needs of the customer with a commitment to customer service. He/she wills to maintain a consistently high standard of excellence for deliverables.
He/she is good at solving problems, constantly seeks for challenge and is able to quickly and efficiently adapt himself/herself in dynamic and changing environments.
He/she is also able to think broadly but also focus on detail when required.
