Our client

Our client is a successful Foundation in shaping public policies that assure greater fairness in political, legal, and economic systems in Europe, Asia, Africa and Latin America.


- Perform clerical duties, including fielding incoming calls, faxing, filing, word processing, correspondence, maintaining working files, photocopying, sorting and distributing mail, processing other miscellaneous office expenses (i.e. conferences, membership fees, office supplies, publications, reimbursements, etc.), and processing monthly expense reports
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and trainings conducted by the Legal Department
- Arrange for legal documents to be certified or legalized
- Assist in contract drafting and handle related administration
- Print and scan consultancy contracts and other agreements and manage the contract signing procedure
- Perform personal assistant duties (maintaining calendar, fielding calls, organizing travels)
- Provide additional support to the Legal Specialists and Legal Counsels as required


- Minimum of High School degree
- 1 - 3 years administrative/office experience
- Excellent listening and communication skills with sensitivity to cultural communication differences
- Good command of the English language
- Superior organizational skills; and strong interpersonal skills
- Pleasant, diplomatic manner when interacting with colleagues at all levels, attorneys, external contacts and the general public
- Integrity, discretion and ability to handle confidential matters
- Excellent problem-solving skills; careful attention to detail
- Commitment to excellence and to working as a member of a team, and establishing and maintaining harmonious working relationships
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly; the ability to work under pressure and must be able to manage workload, prioritize, manage simultaneous tasks, and meet deadlines within a changing fast-paced environment
- Strong computer skills: Microsoft Word required; Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
