  • Handles telephone calls, receives, records and forwards messages
  • Coordinates, organizes and administers the schedule of managers and staff
  • Handles and coordinates appointment requests of external partners and company employees, receives and attends guests
  • Handles the incoming mail (opening, sorting, filing, and forwarding)
  • Prepares written documents, letters
  • Files and handles documents, prepares and maintains records (e.g. address list, phone list)
  • Performs routine tasks
  • Records invoices

  • College/ university degree or 1-3 years field related experience is advantage
  • Intermediate English and German language knowledge
  • Task oriented - supervision of others not required
  • Task group oriented - organization of own work, awareness of related activities, supervision of workgroups: set, schedule, monitor and review work of others
  • Homogeneous - integration of related, similar activities with a common purpose, and co-ordination with others external to the work unit, finding compromises
  • Heterogeneous - integration of diverse functions and alignment of diverse objectives, evaluation, priority-setting, decision-making, conflict resolution, optimization of resources
  • Companywide control - operational or conceptual integration of several unrelated functions with conflicting goals and compelling needs for resources, and which are strategically critical to the achievement of overall business goals
  • MS Office applications knowledge
