The Education and Childrens Services Asset Management team manages the Service's property portfolio. This includes schools, nurseries and other properties such as museums, libraries and offices.
This post is involved in the gathering, updating and analysis of data which supports effective decision-making on our property assets. It is therefore important that the successful candidate is skilled in the use of databases and spreadsheets and is experienced in the interpretation and presentation of data.
The postholder will have to work with schools and other ECS staff and be able to recommend the best utilisation of buildings as well as inform the forward planning of the capital programme. Some project work may also be included in this role.
