FELADAT
  • Ensuring a smooth batch operation and 2nd level support of Batch Automatizator application (Streamworks)
  • Recognition, reporting and escalation of irregularities and malfunctions to the responsible application supervisor at the customer or at the responsible internal teams.
  • Handling incidents, stopping/restarting/repeating the processing
  • Reporting to internal teams / customer
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and analyze job aborts and timeouts
  • Participation in business meetings with the customer and with the 3rd level support teams
  • Daily collaborative work with foreign colleagues (Skype, Jabber, Videoconference, Phone)
PROFIL
  • German (required level B2 or above)
  • English (B2 or above) is an advantage
  • Operating experience with Windows Server environments
  • Experience with Active Directory and\or LDAP
  • Basic SQL, Oracle DB, DB2 knowledge
  • Experience with z/OS Mainframe system, JCL (Job Control Language), TSO commands, Beta92, Mainframe-DB2
  • Basic Linux knowledge
  • Java, Powershell and Windows-Batch programming basics are advantageous
