FELADAT

Looking for conscientious and engaged people with a keen interest in IT who want hands-on experience with various technologies in a multi-culture, multi-customer environment.

 

Your tasks:

  • 2nd level technical application support based on various technologies (like Apache Tomcat, basic Windows and Linux based Application Operation, scripting, JAVA based applications)
  • ITIL based ticket administration and documentation (Incident and Change Management)
  • participation in customer and vendor calls
  • providing on-call support
  • solving complex problems, doing Root Cause Analysis
  • capacity planning, performance tuning, optimization related activities
  • automation related scripting tasks
  • knowledge sharing
PROFIL

Requirements:

  • college/university degree or equivalent certificates/work experience
  • at least 3 years experience in a relevant IT field
  • deep knowledge of Windows (including PowerShell scripting experience)
  • experience with operating Java application servers
  • fluent verbal and written communication skills in English and/or German

 

Advantages:

  • Agile methodology knowledge (eg. SCRUM, Kanban board)
  • OpenShift platform experience
  • container based technology knowhow (Docker, Rancher, Kubernetes)
  • automation, IAC experience (Ansible, Puppet, Terraform)
  • IBM MQ, Message Broker experience
  • Python language knowhow
  • experience using GITHub, JIRA platforms
